Best Morning Workout for men – 5 Quick Workouts
- 50 Jumping jacks
- 40 Body squats
- 30 Push ups
- 20 Mountain climbers
- 10 Burpees
Perform this above Exercises for more sets, Eg: Repeat the above workout sets for three sets in total
Do all 5 exercises without a rest, take a minute rest, then get going with your second set.
It literally shouldn’t take more than 10 or 15 minutes, so it’s perfect for busy men.
