Morning workout are one of the best time and most beneficial and effective routine for most of men and women, That is why i have listed  some of my favorite morning workout that will keep you mentally fit and healthy.

Best Morning Workout for men – 5 Quick Workouts

  1. 50 Jumping jacks
  2. 40 Body squats
  3. 30 Push ups
  4. 20 Mountain climbers
  5. 10 Burpees

Perform this above Exercises for more sets, Eg: Repeat the above workout sets for three sets in total

Do all 5 exercises without a rest, take a minute rest, then get going with your second set.

It literally shouldn’t take more than 10 or 15 minutes, so it’s perfect for busy men.
